Using Technology To Make Learning More Relevant And Engaging in The Elementary Classroom

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

In this session, I will share what I have done to use technology with my students in order to make our time together more engaging. I will share examples from literacy, math, writing, and content areas. Some of the apps that I will share about are Seesaw, Flipgrid, Scratch Jr, Bloxels, coding, Apple Clips, Math Learning Center, and more. I will also talk about how I've used Dash robots, BeeBots, Makey Makeys, Little Bits and other tools. In addition to all this, I will share some ways that I have connected my classroom with other people and classes around the world using Twitter. This will be an action packed session and I hope you will leave with some new ideas!
